TERMS AND CONDITIONS: England World Cup Goal Cashback Promotion

PROMOTER

The promoter of this promotion is Smiths TV ("Smiths TV", "we", "our" or "us").

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

• Purchase Period: The promotion is available on qualifying purchases made between 5th June 2026 and 19th July 2026 inclusive ("Promotional Period").

• Claim Window: Customers must revisit this promotion page during the official claim window—between 20th July 2026 and 26th July 2026—to submit their cashback claim.

• Claim Deadline: All claims must be submitted no later than 23:59 BST on 26th July 2026 ("Claim Deadline").

Important Note: Claims received before 20th July 2026 or after the Claim Deadline will not be accepted.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

This promotion applies to new televisions purchased from Smiths TV during the Promotional Period through:

• Smiths TV stores; and

• The Smiths TV website.

• The following purchases are excluded:
• • Refurbished products;
  • Ex-display products;
  • Commercial or business purchases;
  • Trade account purchases;
  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces;
  • Accessories, warranties, installation services, or delivery charges;
  • Purchases made as part of any multibuy, bundle, package, or multi-item promotional offer;
  • Purchases made under our Price Match Promise
  • Purchases where a special negotiated, agreed, discounted, contract, volume, commercial, or manager-authorised price has been applied that is not generally available to all customers.

CASHBACK AMOUNTS

• Purchases between £499 and £999.99: Customers will receive cashback of £5 for each qualifying England goal.

• Purchases of £1,000 or more: Customers will receive cashback of £10 for each qualifying England goal.

QUALIFYING ENGLAND GOALS

For the purposes of this promotion, a qualifying goal means a goal officially awarded to the England senior men's national football team by FIFA during normal playing time or extra time in a FIFA World Cup match.

The following do not count:

• Goals scored in penalty shootouts;

• Goals subsequently disallowed or overturned by VAR or FIFA;

• Goals not recorded in FIFA's official match statistics.

Own goals awarded in England's favour shall count as qualifying goals. The official FIFA tournament records shall be final and binding for the purposes of determining the total number of qualifying goals scored by England.

REGISTRATION AND CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

To participate, customers must revisit this page and register their claim via the Smiths TV cashback registration page within the designated Claim Window (19th July 2026 to 26th July 2026).

Customers will be required to provide:

• Full name;

• Contact details;

• Order or receipt number;

• Television model number;

• Television serial number.

Failure to provide complete and accurate information, or failure to submit within the Claim Window, may result in the claim being rejected.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Products that are returned, refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for a non-qualifying product will not be eligible for cashback. Smiths TV reserves the right to verify that the qualifying product has not been returned before cashback is paid.

PAYMENT OF CASHBACK

Cashback payments will be calculated after England's participation in the FIFA World Cup has concluded and the total number of qualifying goals has been confirmed.

Validated cashback claims will be paid within 28 days of the conclusion of the tournament.

MAXIMUM CASHBACK

The maximum cashback payable under this promotion is £150 per qualifying television purchase.

CLAIM LIMITS

Each qualifying television purchased is eligible for one cashback claim.

Customers may submit claims for multiple qualifying television purchases, provided that each claim relates to a separate qualifying television and is supported by a valid proof of purchase, model number and unique serial number.

Only one cashback claim may be made in respect of any individual qualifying television. Multiple claims relating to the same television, purchase, serial number or receipt will not be accepted.

A maximum of 6 cashback claims may be submitted per household during the Promotional Period.

Claims are personal to the purchaser and may only be submitted by the individual named on the original purchase. Cashback claims may not be transferred, assigned or made on behalf of another person.

Smiths TV reserves the right to request proof of identity, address and purchase, and to reject duplicate, bulk, commercial, trade, fraudulent or otherwise non-compliant claims.

FRAUD AND ABUSE

Smiths TV reserves the right to reject any claim that:

• Is incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent;

• Uses false or altered documentation;

• Does not comply with these Terms and Conditions;

• Appears to abuse the spirit of the promotion.

Smiths TV's decision regarding eligibility shall be final.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal information supplied in connection with this promotion will be processed solely for the administration of the promotion and cashback payments in accordance with Smiths TV's Privacy Policy. By submitting a claim, customers agree to the processing of their personal data for these purposes.

PROMOTIONAL CHANGES

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so, Smiths TV reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion without liability, provided any changes are made in accordance with applicable law.

GENERAL

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
