Price Match Promise

We aim to offer competitive pricing across our product range. Where applicable, we may match the price of a qualifying competitor, subject to the terms below.

Terms

• We do not offer price matching against marketplace or auction platforms (including eBay), or retailers that require a paid membership to access pricing.
• The price match must include the competitor’s total price, including delivery charges.
• We only match against reputable UK-based retailers.
• Price matching applies to online purchases only and does not apply to in-store transactions.
• The product must be identical, including brand, model, specification, and warranty length, and must be offered on the same terms.
• The competitor must have the product in stock and available for delivery within 7 days.
• Price matching does not apply to bundle offers, multi-buy deals, or promotional packages.
• We are unable to offer price matching on purchases made using finance options.
• Pricing errors, whether on our website or a competitor’s website, are excluded from this policy.
• We reserve the right to decline a price match where doing so would result in a loss.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Price Match Promise at any time without notice.
• All decisions regarding price match requests are final.

Price match requests must be made before purchase, or, if you have already placed an order, up to and including the day before delivery.
