Orders placed before 3 PM are eligible for next-day dispatch, with a reliable 2-hour delivery window provided by our trusted couriers, so you won’t have to wait all day.

Installation and Disposal Options

Need a little extra help? Our expert team is ready to install your new freestanding appliances. For a small fee, we’ll also take care of removing and recycling your old equipment, helping you declutter responsibly. All installations are done to existing services no additional plumbing or electrical work will be carried out.

If you’re local to Merseyside or West Lancashire, we offer additional installation services like fitting integrated appliances and wall-mounting your new television, ensuring everything is set up exactly the way you want.

 

Keeping You Informed

We understand that clarity and communication are key. That’s why we keep you updated every step of the way with text and email alerts. You’ll receive notifications confirming your order, followed by delivery details, including your 2-hour time slot. Tracking your delivery in real time helps you stay in control and prepared for the arrival of your products.

 

Large Item Delivery

When purchasing a large appliance such as an American Fridge Freezer or Range Cooker, please ensure that you have measured the relevant doorways in your home to make sure that the product can be delivered into the room of your choice (ground level only). 

We are unable to dismantle an appliance to make it fit through doorways, for example removing the doors off an American fridge freezer. If delivery is refused for this reason, you will incur an additional delivery charge and the actual cost of distribution will be charged to you. 

If there are access difficulties which prevent our drivers from delivering the goods into your property, then you can always request that we drop the items off outside, or into a garage, for you to take inside yourself at your own convenience.

 

Changing Delivery Date

If you would like to change the delivery date please contact us or the carrier at least one working day before delivery to allow time to change this. We reserve the right to charge in full for any failed or missed delivery without prior notification and subsequent redelivery costs. Due to the nature of the products that we deliver we are unable to offer a "leave safe" or "leave with neighbour" option. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods.

 

Click and Collect

You are able to collect any item that is in stock from one of four branches or our warehouse. This option will be offered before checkout if available. Once you have chosen your collection location we will contact you to confirm when the item is available for collection.

 

Easy Returns and Support

In the unlikely event you need to return an item, our hassle-free returns process is designed to be quick and straightforward. Our customer support team is always on hand to assist you, answering any queries about your delivery, installation, or returns.

 

Please note

For home entertainment products we ask that you keep the packaging for 30 days after delivery for transportation purposes in case of any return needed due to fault.
