We offer Free NEXT DAY DELIVERY to the UK mainland on most of our products*

 (*Excluding weekends and bank holidays no delivery to NI, Islands, Jersey and Guernsey) 

We hold thousands of items in stock in our central warehouse ready for rapid delivery

In some cases at peak times depending on location it may take a little longer.

We use a number of different couriers to ensure your item arrives safely they will give you a 2 HOUR TIME SLOT so you dont have to wait in all day.

 

 

 

 

Free Nationwide Delivery

We offer free next day delivery for in stock items as our standard delivery to all UK Mainland postcodes this excludes NI, Islands, Jersey and Guernsey. You must order before 3PM for next day delivery. Once you have entered your details at checkout you will then be shown delivery date options. If next day delivery is available you will be able to select this here or if you would prefer a different date in the future you can also select any date that suits you up to 2 weeks in advance.

Our carrier will contact you the evening before delivery by email and/or text with details of the tracking numbers and a 2 time slot for the delivery.

Some items may not be available for free delivery as they are a special order from the manufacturer or we are awaiting stock that is due in. This usually means within 7-10 days but depending on availability can take longer. In this case you can still place your order and our team will contact you as soon as the item arrives into our warehouse to arrange delivery with you.

We reserve the right to charge in full for any failed or missed delivery without prior notification and subsequent redelivery costs.

 

Do You Offer Installation and Recycling?

Yes, if installation is available in your area it will be offered at checkout. We are able to install free standing appliances such as washing machines dishwashers and dryers. All installations are done to existing services no additional plumbing or electrical work will be carried out. Currently we are unable to install integrated items nationwide. If you would like us to recycle your old machine we can do for a small price. This will also be offered at checkout if available and is done on a like for like basis.

For home entertainment products we ask that you keep the packaging for 30 days after delivery for transportation purposes in case of any return needed due to fault.

 

Large Item Delivery

When purchasing a large appliance such as an American Fridge Freezer or Range Cooker, please ensure that you have measured the relevant doorways in your home to make sure that the product can be delivered into the room of your choice (ground level only). 

We are unable to dismantle an appliance to make it fit through doorways, for example removing the doors off an American fridge freezer. If delivery is refused for this reason, you will incur an additional delivery charge and the actual cost of distribution will be charged to you. 

If there are access difficulties which prevent our drivers from delivering the goods into your property, then you can always request that we drop the items off outside, or into a garage, for you to take inside yourself at your own convenience.

 

Changing Delivery Date

If you would like to change the delivery date please contact us or the carrier at least one working day before delivery to allow time to change this. We reserve the right to charge in full for any failed or missed delivery without prior notification and subsequent redelivery costs. Due to the nature of the products that we deliver we are unable to offer a "leave safe" or "leave with neighbour" option. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods.

 

Click and Collect

You are able to collect any item that is in stock from one of four branches or our warehouse. This option will be offered before checkout if available. Once you have chosen your collection location we will contact you to confirm when the item is available for collection.

 

Local Installation

In the Merseyside and West Lancashire area we are able to offer further installation options such as integrated installation on appliances, TV installation and TV wall mounting services that aren't available when you checkout.
