If the price of a qualifying product you purchase from Smiths TV between Wednesday 29th October 2025 and midnight on Thursday 27th November 2025 is reduced by Smiths TV on Black Friday (28th November 2025), we will refund you the difference.
That’s our Black Friday Price Promise.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Period
   This Price Promise applies to qualifying purchases made on www.smithstv.co.uk and in store between 29th October 2025 and 27th November 2025 (midnight).

2. Qualifying Products

   • The Price Promise applies only to the exact same product model purchased (including screen size, colour, features, and specifications).

   • Applies only to new, boxed stock sold directly by Smiths TV.

   • Excludes clearance, open-box, refurbished, or graded items.

3. Price Comparison Criteria

   • The refund will only be issued if Smiths TV reduces the price of the identical item on Black Friday (28th November 2025).

   • The comparison does not include prices from other retailers, third-party sellers, or marketplace listings (e.g. Amazon, eBay).

4. Promotional Items

   • If your purchase includes a promotional or bundled item (such as a free accessory or gift), and the promotional offer changes or is removed, the value of that promotional item will be taken into account when calculating any refund.

5. Claim Process

   • All claims must be submitted from Friday 28th November 2025 to midnight on Friday 5th December 2025.

   • Claims must be made by email to sales@smithstv.co.uk, or using the form attached on this page quoting your order reference number and customer details

   • We will aim to process refunds within 7 working days of verifying your claim, using the original payment method.

6. Finance Purchases

   • For products purchased using finance, a credit note will be issued to the value of the refund.

7. Exclusions

   • This offer is not applicable to purchases made through third-party platforms, resellers, or auction sites.

   • Business-to-business sales and bulk orders are excluded.

8. General

   • Smiths TV reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse claims that do not meet these terms.

   • Smiths TV reserves the right to refuse the claim in the case of a major pricing error in line with our standard tems and conditions.

   • This Price Promise applies only to Black Friday 2025.

   • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
