On the day of delivery our courier will email a 2 HOUR TIME SLOT so you dont have to wait in all day.
If you miss delivery don't worry our courier can arrange with you an alternative delivery day to suit you
The following postcodes are excluded from free next day delivery: BT, HS1-HS9, KA27-28, PA20, PA36, PA40-PA49, PA60-78, PA80, ZE1-ZE3, PO, IM, JY, JE, GY, if you require delivery to one of the postcodes not eligible for free delivery please CONTACT US we can arrange this at a small extra cost.
Delivery of these goods is a to door service only and can only be made to the cardholders address. Please make sure that you inspect the items before signing. Due to the nature of the products that we deliver we are unable to offer a "leave safe" or "leave with neighbour" option. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods.
In the case that you miss your delivery our couriers will reattempt the delivery free of charge. Any further attempts after this will be subject to a redelivery fee.
Some larger appliances such as white goods are only available for delivery in the Lancashire and Merseyside, please use the postcode checker to ensure that you are eligible for delivery of these items.
If you choose this option our delivery team will deliver the item to your room of choice unpackage and allow you to inspect the item they will connect to an existing plug socket and level the feet so it sits properly. If you wish the installer can test the appliance for you. If you have chosen removal of old the installer will remove this item at the same time. Please note for vented dryers we can only install to an existing ventilation hole in the wall. Please note an extension lead may be needed to reach the plug socket
If you choose this option our delivery team will deliver the item to your room of choice unpackage and allow you to inspect the item they will connect to an existing plug socket and level the feet so it sits properly. If you wish the installer can test the appliance for you. If you have chosen removal of old the installer will remove this item at the same time. Please make sure that the old appliance is empty and if possible defrosted. Please note an extension lead may be needed to reach the plug socket
If you choose this option our delivery team will deliver the item to the room of choice unpackage and allow you to inspect the item. They will connect the item to existing services mains socket, waste pipe, and water supply taps as required (we will not use mechanical force to operate taps that are designed for hand operation). The services must be in good order, fully functional, accessible and within reach of the appliance. Our team will then level and test the machine if you chose removal of the old appliance they will do this at the same time.
Removal of the old appliance is on a like for like basis we are unable to remove a different appliance to the one you have bought. Please make sure it is accessable, any refrigeration products need to be emptied of food and defrosted where possible. Our installers will not remove an item if it is deemed dangerous.
For the following items you MUST CHOOSE the "Local Delivery" option at the point of sale as these are heavy and awkward items to ensure that they reach your house safely and undamaged we use a bespoke service. When choosing this option you will be given an AM or PM timeslot, the item will be taken to the room of your choice if you wish the delivery team will unpack the item for you and remove the packaging.

If you require TV installation this can be arranged but is limited to postcodes locally (L, PR, WN). If you buy online locally please call our stores or CONTACT US to enquire about further installation options. Alternatively one of our sales representatives will call to confirm delivery and if you would like this service added after you have bought the item.
If you require wall mounting or aerial work we can arrange this locally (L,PR, WN). Please call or CONTACT US and we can arrange for one our trusted 3rd party contracters to carry out any further work that you may need.
